About the Posh Kebab
Partridge Farm Meats signature ‘POSH KEBAB’ is no usual Kebab it is made from our very own grass fed, slow grown, dry aged Aberdeen Angus Beef which we hang for 35 days. All our Aberdeen Angus cattle are born, bred & butchered on our Devon family farm just outside Tiverton. We marinade our beef in our secret mixture of spices for 24 hours before loading it onto the spit and slowly cooking it. It is then served with Authentic Greek Pittas with salad & our very own homemade tzatziki. Not only do we make a Beef kebab but we also do a Mongolian Lamb kebab and a Chinese 5 spice pork one too, so there are different meats for different occasions.
All our lamb & pork is rare-breed, outdoor reared & slow grown for an amazing flavour.
